The lady is originally from Hong Kong and enjoyed travelling the world withg her late husband. With no family and limited English, she has become very isolated. The aim of the Aged Care Volunteer Visitors Scheme is for volunteers to develop a friendship with a resident who have become isolated. Face to face visits at least once per fortnight.
