You may be opening and closing store, serving customers, using our retail point of sale system, hanging clothes, arranging visual displays or other general skills. Be part of an inclusive and diverse team who all enjoy a laugh and help to build a better community. Mon to Sat, 3 hour a week minimum requested.
Salvation Army
Retail Assistants play a key role in helping with sales, merchandising and quality control. They support the Store Manager in ensuring quality customer service on the shop floor, assisting in processing donations as well as maintaining the general appearance and upkeep of the store area. Together, Retail Assistants play a key role in fostering a culture of inclusiveness and community spirit amongst the team, which in turn enhances the customer experience in the store.
Tuart Forest Toy Library
A toy library volunteer helps manage and maintain toys, assists members with borrowing toys, and ensures a clean, safe environment. We have the ability to tailor our volunteer's contribution to their strengths. Time required: 2 to 3 hours per week, Tuesday morning or Saturday afternoon/evening.
