Cognitive Neuroimaging Lab
We seek volunteers aged 45-64 years to participate in a brain imaging study at Monash University. You will be compensated with a $100 Coles-Myer gift card for your time. Your participation will help us to (a) understand how the brain uses the two main types of energy, sugar and oxygen; and (b) understand how the use of sugar and oxygen changes across the lifespan and impacts cognitive thinking abilities in older age. We will use a new technique, called simultaneous MRI PET, to scan your brain.

We seek healthy female volunteers aged 30-40 who have never been pregnant to to participate in a brain imaging (MRI) study at Monash University. By participating as a control, you will help us understand how pregnancy might impact areas of the brain responsible for sensory perception and sense of self. You will be complensated with a $75 Coles Myer gift voucher for your time.
