Do you have a passion for interacting with people in a retail environment whilst supporting worthwhile programs and organisations? This is the role for you! Lifeline Tasmania requires volunteers for their retail stores. Volunteering is a great way to gain work experience, increase confidence and connect with the community.
Everyone is welcome to volunteer at parkrun events. We have heaps of fun, simple and rewarding opportunities to lend a hand for one to two hours on a Saturday morning at parkrun events across Australia. No training is required, roles are fully supported on the day and you can take part as often or as little as you would like. You can volunteer as a marshal, timekeeper, photographer or try your hand at scanning barcodes and handing out tokens…..to name a few of the roles we have available.

Having good social connections is essential for all aspects of health, especially as we age. Red Cross Transport supports people who are older or have a disability, and who have no means of getting to non-urgent medical appointments or social outings.
