The Volunteer Visitor will provide friendship and companionship through regular one-on-one/or group visits to older people residing in Australian Government Residential Aged Care Facilities and/or one-on-one visits to recipients of Footprints in Brisbane (Footprints) Home Care Packages (HCP) who are socially isolated or at risk of social isolation.

The SES is designed to empower people to help themselves and others in their communities in times of emergency and disaster. The SES offers an opportunity to participate in and develop a variety of emergency and rescue skills, including chainsaw operations, flood boat operations, road crash rescue and land search. All training provided.

Sundale Aged Care residents would like pastoral care volunteers to visit them one on one to have spiritual conversations.
The Men's Group Volunteer will get together with a group of men from our Sundale Aged Care Centres and support weekly activities of interest to men.
As a Companionship Volunteer with Sundale you will provide one on one companionship to our elderly residents. They would love to meet you and have a chat and a cuppa.
The Activity Volunteer supports the Lifestyle Coordinator with group activities which enrich the lives of our seniors in Sundale's Aged Care Centres. The activities include bingo, a card game named HOY, art & craft, word games, bus outings and a range of other fun activities which change weekly.
Sundale Aloaka in Kilcoy has a Garden Project in mind and the Lifestyle Coordinator would love the support of someone with a green thumb. If you can offer any time, please get in touch.
