Friends of Lagoon Creek group inc is currently seeking to train volunteer bush regeneration officers to contribute towards ecological restoration projects in Caboolture evrey Tuesday. Wirambi Landcare is Western Australian not-for-profit organisation focused on increasing the awareness of our unique wildlife. We have three sites in the City of Melville which are Blue Gum Lake, Booragoon Lake and Quenda Wetland where we assist the council’s bushcrew and the friends of group in caring for these reserves.

One of TreeProject’s main activities is tree planting. Our tree planting days have spread across Victoria, involving hundreds of volunteers each year. Rural plantings are on private farms, assisting landholders to revegetate their land. Every planting day needs two supervisors to ensure that the plantings are carried out smoothly, giving the seedlings the highest chance of survival. TreeProject is looking for several key volunteers with horticulture backgrounds who can take on this role.
A general volunteer to care for our gardening tools. Maintenance and stock control of all the varied gardening tools on our Inventory. In the first instance we need someone to care for our hand tools, forks and spades etc, but in addition someone to care for our power tools, lawn mowers, line trimmers, hedge trimmers etc.
