If you’re interested in connecting with older people who are socially isolated, we’d love to hear from you! We’re looking for Volunteers who can support older people with their goals around staying independent, healthy and connected to their community.
We seek volunteers for our weekly Community Lunch held on Thursdays. For some people this is their only social interaction during the week, so this is a crucial community service, and our amazing volunteers are truly at the heart of making this possible. We are looking for people who are kind and caring, and committed to our mission of giving friendship and support to those in need.
A Sound Life provides therapeutic and trauma informed yoga and meditation sessions with our participants of varying physical and mental abilities. Our sessions are tailored to each individual's needs and are designed to connect, uplift their spirits while empowering them. The MSWA Step Up is a unique stair-climbing event that sees our participants climb Perth’s tallest building while raising awareness and vital funds to help support Western Australians living with neurological conditions. Come and join us at Central Park in the Perth CBD, as we cheer on and support our 2024 climbers.
Legacy Brisbane is reaching out for wonderful volunteers to help at our annual Canungra Combat Challenge (C3). The Challenge will be held at the Kokoda Barracks in Canungra on Saturday, 15 June 2024. The funds raised go towards supporting the families, widows/widowers and children of those who have served our country and have been injured or killed as a result of their service.

Use your dancing skills as a Salsa Dance Instructor to teach our clients some new dance moves. This class will enable our clients to learn something new, encourage social interaction with each other and allow participants to get into the groove when it comes to dancing. One evening per week, 5pm - 7pm. Day of week to be agreed upon with co-ordinator.
