Volunteers in this role bring a good sense of practicality and organisation by assisting with receiving material aid items, restocking and food storage, administration of emergency relief vouchers and support the distribution of material assistance.
The volunteer Doorways Support Coordinator supports the Corps Officer in the practical day to day provision of Doorways services at a local site. They supervise, support and set culture for a team of Doorways volunteers as they provide a friendly space where community members feel welcome, safe and accepted.
