Volunteering at the Huon Anglican Op Shop is a great opportunity to connect with the local community and have a bit of fun while helping ensure the shop runs smoothly each day.
Multiple volunteer positions available - meal delivery driver, meal delivery helper, meal packing, office admin support, cleaning of vehicles, office & eski’s. Delivering to the surrounding areas of the Huonville, Woodbridge, Kettering, Geeveston & Dover.

Did you know that Relay For Life (RFL) is Tasmania’s biggest fundraising event!? Each RFL is led by volunteer committees across Tasmania, and we are always looking for additional committee members and event volunteers.
Would you like to help children read? Reading Together volunteers will be part of the local school community in the Derwent Valley, Cygnet, Dover & Huonville areas and in 2024 will expand to the Northern Suburbs of Hobart in Southern Tasmania. Working with identified children, the volunteer will assist the children to improve their literacy skills through reading together and creating a safe and supportive environment.

Everyone is welcome to volunteer at parkrun events. We have heaps of fun, simple and rewarding opportunities to lend a hand for one to two hours on a Saturday morning at parkrun events across Australia. No training is required, roles are fully supported on the day and you can take part as often or as little as you would like. You can volunteer as a marshal, timekeeper, photographer or try your hand at scanning barcodes and handing out tokens…..to name a few of the roles we have available.
