We are looking for passionate and organised individuals to support our communities.
Older people living with dementia can be some of the most isolated individuals in our community. We are looking for extra generous and patient volunteers to bring cheer to our friends who are living with dementia. Can you help? Just an hour a fortnight could make all the difference.
Grant is a man in his 70’s who is living with mid stages of dementia. He is living in his own and has a warm friendly personality. Across his career he was an expert in reptiles and enjoys sharing stories of his journey to Australia. People living with dementia are some of our most isolated community members. Could you give 1 hour a fortnight to make a difference?
Bring along your good natured pet and spend time chatting with people living in their own homes who may be lonely or socially isolated. You’ll see what a difference your furry friend can make. This role will suit you if you have a small-medium sized pet and you're happy to sit and engage in conversation.

We’re looking for committed/dedicated volunteers to help run our sailing programs on large racing yachts. Some sailing experience is preferred but not essential, however, a love of helping young people be the best they can be is a must. Educate learners on vehicle controls, road rules, defensive driving techniques, and manoeuvres to pass driving tests. The role involves tailoring lessons to suit each student’s abilities, instilling safe driving habits, emphasising the importance of defensive driving, hazard perception, & accident prevention, providing feedback and maintaining records of progress, lessons and logbook hours.
