The primary purpose of this role is to promote HOPE's Inc. (Australia’s) activities in their respective state or territory and be the primary point of contact for that jurisdiction. Additionally, the role will provide local insight, strategic advice, and relational engagement to support the organization’s national objectives, with a view to increasing membership and impact.

We are looking for volunteer researchers to review and provide written comment on a range of discussion papers, policy documents and reports provided by government departments, business and industry organizations and NGOs. An initial 3-month probationary period is being offered. If the volunteer's efforts prove satisfactory, he/she will be offered a 9-month extension.

Media Officers (voluntary positions)– required to write media releases, event notices, date claimers and design promotional flyers/posters for projects, campaigns, events and activities. • Lead revenue-generating functions: events, merchandise, and eCommerce

• Experience in HR role, strong communication, and organizational skills required
• Preference for HR qualification and experience in not-for-profit sector

• Develop technical documentation, conduct system testing, and deliver training
• Translate business needs into technical requirements, manage role-based security
• Utilize Google Workspace, Notion, and attend weekly IT meetings

• Develop and implement fundraising strategy aligned with strategic objectives
• Minimum of five years proven fundraising experience required
• Requires strong networking and stakeholder engagement skills

• Lead in driving donations through partnerships and grants
